ProEssayWriting Overview

ProEssayWriting.com has been in business since 2012, and has since provided academic writing services to students. Checking their website, we have quickly found several red flags, the biggest one being that it’s owned and operated by the notorious CareersBoost Limited, formerly known as Universal Research Inc.

For those who are unaware, this Ukraine-based company is infamous for its vast network of essay writing websites that deliver subpar quality papers and has a team of underpaid writers that fail to deliver on their promises. The company also owns a number of essay writing review blogs like AWriter.org that spread fake reviews that only aim to promote their own products.

If that still doesn’t say much about ProEssayWriting’s credibility, read on to get more information and find out why we recommend anything but this service.

What You Should Know

Company Background

Talking about red flags, let’s begin with the most obvious.

From ProEssayWriting’s website, they’ve provided company details, including their address:

Panagioti Tsangari 2, DASOUDI 1, A 3rd floor, Flat/Office 32, Potamos Germasogeias 4047, Limassol, Cyprus
Company number: HE 379679
VAT number: CY10379679P

CareersBoost Ltd

The company number has proven our initial suspicion that the site is owned by CareersBoost Ltd., as seen here. On the page, we can see it’s directly related to Yuri Mizyuk. From what we know, this is the same person who owned Universal Research Inc.

Although no longer in operation, they obviously just changed the company name in an attempt to start with a clean slate. But for our readers’ benefit and safety, we still use this name to indicate websites that were once owned by said company but are now under different company names like CareersBoost Limited.

Clone Websites Galore

Apparently, CareersBoost Limited is still singing the same old tune as Universal Research Inc. They’re still operating several other clone websites and are privy to promoting mediocre quality papers written by mediocre writers.

To prove our point, besides ProEssayWriting.com, the company also owns essay writing sites like:

… and the list goes on. This company virtually runs hundreds of essay writing sites, not to mention several more fake review blogs (more about this in the Online Reputation section).

A Dubious Past

The point is that this company has a really shady background that’s difficult to overlook. There are plenty other credible independent platforms that share our sentiments. Below are a couple of sites that kept tabs on the company’s many blunders:

As you can see, they’ve created an entire blog dedicated to this company’s activities, and that alone speaks a lot about their credibility.

Poor Writing Quality

ProEssayWriting.com claims to have a pool of “talented and experienced” native English-speaking writers, but various customer reviews refute this claim. As we dug deeper, we discovered that most of their writers are, in fact, ESL writers who are mostly based in third-world countries like Kenya. And since these folks are in desperate need of a source of income, they’re willing to accept any amount no matter how meager. Sites like ProEssayWriting take advantage of this and exploit these underpaid writers.

bad essaywriters.net review at sitejabber.com

EssayWriters.net, a freelance outsourcing site that’s also owned by CareersBoost Limited, is where orders are placed on sites like ProEssayWriting. There’s no way to determine whether or not these freelancers are even qualified to work on academic papers that require a certain level of know-how and expertise. But these SiteJabber reviews can help you decide if you still want to hire ProEssayWriting.com.

Pricing

Prices are considerably higher than your average writing service. The cheapest rate is at $19.99 per page, and that’s if you set a 10-day deadline. Apart from the urgency level (minimum is 3 hours), the price of your order will be based on the academic level (High School, Undergraduate, Master, PhD), as well as the quality level, which are as follows:

  • Standard (writer with MA degree)
  • Premium (writer with MA/PhD)
  • Platinum (writer with MA/Doctorate; ideal for complex projects)

So if you order a 1-page essay in Platinum quality and must be delivered within 3 hours, you’ll have to pay a hefty $53 or more. It’s exorbitant, considering you can hire a service like PenDrago for the same price but get more professional services.

proessaywriting.com pricing table

Worse still, there’s no guarantee you’ll get a quality paper. If you want to have one of their top 10 writers working on your paper, you’ll have to pay an extra $5.99, which is honestly too much. You’ll even have to pay an additional $6 for an editor to edit and proofread your paper. This is a default option in many other websites and one shouldn’t pay extra for it.

Mercifully, ProEssayWriting offers a 20% off discount for new customers. But honestly, what’s the point if you’ll still feel cheated with a paper that’s far below your expectations?

Guarantees

Money-Back Guarantee

A partial refund will be granted if:

  • A writer has already been assigned to your order (since the writer has already spent time and effort on the paper, and hence must be compensated).

A full refund will be issued if:

  • Customer cancels before a writer is assigned to their order.
  • Customer places an order by mistake or as a duplicate.
  • Customer claims bad quality of the product.

NOTE:

For bad quality claims, customers must submit a refund request, along with examples to back up their claim, within 72 hours after order completion.

Furthermore, if you’ve received a partial refund up to 50%, ProEssayWriting retains full ownership of your paper and reserves the right to use, resell, distribute, or share it to other third parties. This means you’re no longer eligible to use the paper, which could put you at risk in case the company can no longer safeguard your anonymity.

Plagiarism Policy

Their plagiarism-free guarantee is vague and questionable. From their Terms and Conditions, it states that they cannot guarantee that their editing, formatting, and proofreading services are plagiarism-free, which only means one thing: They can’t assure they’ll deliver a paper that’s 100% original and won’t get you into trouble for academic dishonesty.

Revision Policy

The website’s revision policy is simple and straightforward. If you’re not satisfied with the final draft, ProEssayWriting will provide free revision within 14 days from order completion; and a longer 30-day period for large orders, as well as for any type of thesis, dissertation, and research papers.

Online Reputation

Lack of Real Reviews

ProEssayWriting has been listed on third-party review sites like TrustPilot but sadly, we failed to find credible feedback from real customers. Most reviews we stumbled upon were negative, while majority of the positive reviews appear to be fake and are part of this company’s marketing strategy.

proessaywriting.com lacks of real reviews

Fake Blogs

One thing you need to know about this site is that, much like the other services owned by CareersBoost Ltd., it’s rife with fake reviews that are meant to attract inexperienced customers into doing business with them.

A simple Google search will immediately point you to hundreds of fake ProEssayWriting reviews that push back the real and honest ones. Most of these are found in blog sites that are, unsurprisingly, also owned by CareersBoost Ltd. These fake blogs exist to make a positive image to themselves, while ruining the reputation of their competitors. Some of these include:

  • https://www.bestessaytips.com/review_essay.php
  • https://www.bestessayservicereviews.com/essay-writing/proessaywriting-com-review/
  • https://essay-reviewer.com/proessaywriting-com-review/
  • https://prowritingpartner.com/proessaywriting-com-review/
  • https://paperwritingservice.reviews/proessaywriting-com-review/
  • https://top10essayservices.com/proessaywriting/
  • https://www.essaywritingservicesreviews.com/proessaywriting-review/
  • https://www.toppaperwritingservice.com/review-of-proessaywriting-com/
  • https://www.topratedessayservice.com/proessaywriting-com-review/
  • https://essayhunters.com/proessaywriting-com-review/
  • https://essayreviewuniverce.com/proessaywriting-com-review/

Now you can see the scope of their shady activities. It’s amazing how much time, money, and effort go to creating these fake blogs, instead of focusing on improving the quality of their services.

One thing’s obvious here: They don’t have their customers’ best interests at heart.

A Place of Exploitation

We couldn’t emphasize enough that if you do business with this company, you’ll most likely end up empty-handed and completely ripped off. As mentioned in the previous section, ProEssayWriting not only has underpaid non-native writers, they have a pretty shady past that make them an unreliable place not just for students but for writers, as well.

Is ProEssayWriting Safe and Legit?

With a dubious history and an equally shady present, we have no reason to believe that ProEssayWriting.com is safe and legitimate.

The quality of their papers is substandard, they don’t treat their writers and customers right, and they resort to creating so many fake reviews that could only mean they’re only serious about one thing: To deceive inexperienced customers into doing business with them.

Pros

  • Rush writing. Offers same-day writing service and can deliver your paper in as fast as within 3 hours.
  • Discount. Offers higher-than-average 20% discount for newbie customers, and more promos for returning clients.

Cons

  • Steep prices. Up to $10 more expensive than your average essay writing service.
  • Unnecessary add-on features. Customers will have to pay extra for proofreading service.
  • Questionable refund policy. Company retains full authorship of your paper if you request a partial refund up to 50%.
  • Poor writing quality. Most of their writers are underpaid non-natives from third-world countries.
  • Shady past. Company has a history of deceiving its customers.

Our Verdict

After gathering and analyzing all the ProEssayWriting reviews we could find, we can conclude that you’re simply better off investing your money elsewhere and avoid this website (and all its twin sites) like the plague. The prices are extortionate, the quality of their services doesn’t match the declared ones, and they abuse both their writers and their customers.

Needless to say, we will never recommend ProEssayWriting.com to our readers.
